Buying another piece of software is easy. Turning it into a way of working that supports your travel business takes more thought.

That is why we have brought Coaching Agents Through Travel and Tern together.

For the first 100 advisors who join the annual CATT + Tern plan, $470 USD includes 12 months of CATT membership and one standard Tern advisor seat. Your Tern license is included in that membership price, not added as another subscription charge. The $47 monthly CATT plan does not include Tern.

But the price is only one part of this. We want you to have the training, the people and the practical tools to put what you learn into your business.

Coaching Agents Through TravelTern

One membership. Two connected jobs.

Learn the approach. Put it into practice.

01 · CATTCoaching, training, resources and advisor conversations.
02 · Your workflowA clear next step from inquiry to proposal to follow-up.
03 · TernYour own CRM, proposals, client information and routine automations.
Example: a referral arrives

Use your discovery questions to understand the trip. Record the inquiry in Tern, build the proposal and set the next follow-up. Bring the business question back to CATT when you need another perspective.

Example: your proposal gets no reply

Work on the message and timing with CATT. Use Tern tasks or configured automations to help you carry out that plan. A tool can remind you; your judgment keeps the conversation relevant.

Illustrative workflows, not a claim that the two platforms automatically sync data. Your host agency's booking and compliance requirements still apply.

Why we built the CATT + Tern partnership

The conversations with Dylan at Tern kept coming back to a question that matters more than a feature list: how do we help independent advisors actually use the systems they are paying for?

Within CATT, we work on finding clients, starting conversations, handling inquiries, following up and building a business you can manage consistently. Tern gives you somewhere to put the client information, proposals and repeatable steps behind that work.

Alexandra uses Tern in her own travel business. That gives our training a practical starting point: real processes to discuss, adapt and improve, rather than a new login followed by a wish of good luck.

This is a partnership between a business-growth community and a technology platform. CATT is not a host agency. Joining does not replace your host relationship or change the rules you work under.

If you are still deciding which software suits your business, start with our travel advisor CRM comparison of Tern, Travefy, HubSpot and GoHighLevel. This article explains what our partnership adds, not why every advisor should use the same system.

How Tern CRM supports your CATT training

Think about the steps between a new inquiry and a client getting home from their trip. Which ones live in your head? Which ones get rebuilt every time?

Tern brings several of those jobs into one platform:

  • Client information: keep the relevant contact and trip information together instead of hunting through separate notes.
  • Proposals and itineraries: present cruises, land trips, resorts and tours in a consistent format, including options a client can compare.
  • Card authorizations: use the platform's authorization process where permitted by your host, rather than asking clients to email card details.
  • Tasks and automations: configure reminders and routine communications around your booking process.
  • The traveler experience: give clients a convenient way to access their trip information, including Tern's traveler app.

You can check the current tools on Tern's official website. AI tools have usage limits; an included standard seat is not a promise of unlimited AI or paid add-ons.

The important word is configure. Software does not decide your service standards for you. You still need to choose the next step, review the message and make sure the information is right.

The training and support come with it

CATT membership includes weekly live training, the replay and resource libraries, business-growth support and a community of advisors working through similar questions.

The partnership adds a supported route into Tern. Your plan includes a 15-minute onboarding call to help you get logged in to CATT and Tern and agree the next setup steps. More complex migrations can take additional work; that call is not a promise to move an entire business in 15 minutes.

We also discussed quarterly training with Tern's partnership team, access to Tern's learning resources and selected workflows we can share for you to adapt. The point is not to hand you someone else's business unchanged. It is to give you a useful starting point and help you make it fit yours.

For example, you might bring a follow-up challenge to a CATT session, improve the wording, then build the task or reminder into Tern. Our follow-up formula is one practical place to start.

What does the Founding 100 offer cost?

The annual CATT + Tern plan is $470 USD, paid upfront for 12 months from signup. It includes one independent advisor's standard Tern seat, not an agency-wide license.

Tern's published standalone annual price is $420; its monthly price is $49, or $588 across 12 months. The calculator below compares those subscription costs with the partnership. Check Tern's current pricing.

The offer, in numbers · USD

Compare the annual cost

Tern alone over 12 months$420
CATT annual membership separately$470
Combined separate cost$890
Founding 100 CATT + Tern$470
$420

less over 12 months than buying both separately using this comparison.

$470 is also $50 more than Tern's $420 standalone annual subscription, adding a year of CATT.

Comparison checked September 30, 2026 against Tern's public pricing. Before applicable taxes or currency conversion. $470 is paid upfront, not in monthly installments. Compares subscription charges, not guaranteed business savings or revenue. No refund or renewal assumption is included.

The useful comparison is not an invented value for your time or a promise of extra bookings. It is the actual subscription cost: the tools, alongside a year of CATT training and support.

The Founding 100 offer is limited to the first 100 paid enrollments. After those places are filled, the partnership can remain available, but the price will increase. We are not publishing an unverified remaining-seat count or an artificial countdown.

We intend to protect the Founding 100 renewal rate where possible. Significant changes in Tern's pricing may affect future renewal terms, so this is not an unconditional lifetime-price guarantee. Your renewal offer will set out the price and terms before you decide.

Already a CATT member or already using Tern?

You do not have to start your business again to explore this offer.

Already using Tern? We can coordinate the move with Tern using your existing account email. Do not cancel your subscription or create a duplicate account before receiving instructions. Any billing adjustment or refund of prepaid time needs Tern's confirmation for your account.

Already a CATT member? You can ask about moving to the annual partnership plan. If you have time left on an existing annual membership, we will review the overlap with you before you make assumptions about the adjustment.

New to both? Start with the membership details and the onboarding call. We can help you identify the first workflow to build, rather than trying to automate everything on day one.

Where your host agency and client information fit

Review your processes, permissions and host requirements before moving client information.

Your host agency's requirements still apply. Before moving client information or using card authorizations, check what your agreement permits and what records must remain in your host's systems.

The partnership is intended to provide your own advisor account and branding, not make your client list a community resource. Sharing a workflow is different from sharing your contacts or trips. Review account permissions and any collaboration settings before granting access to anyone.

If your business changes hosts, speak to us about the account setup and update any login address you no longer control. Do not assume that a software subscription overrides your host agreement or transfers every integration automatically.

Our client systems audit can help you map what belongs where before you move anything.

What happens when you join?

  1. Choose the annual plan

Review the CATT + Tern offer, eligibility and payment terms.

  2. Pay securely

Use the dedicated Stripe checkout for one upfront annual payment.

  3. Book your setup call

After successful payment, follow the redirect to book your included 15-minute onboarding call. Use the same email address.

The annual plan is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. It does not renew automatically. We plan to send a renewal offer around month 11 so you can review your options; without renewal, access under the paid plan ends after the 12-month term.

If you want to keep Tern without renewing CATT, discuss the move to direct Tern billing before the term ends. Continued access is not free indefinitely.

Common questions

Is Tern included in every CATT membership?

No. One standard Tern advisor seat is included in the $470 USD annual CATT + Tern Founding 100 plan. The $47 monthly CATT membership does not include Tern. This is one independent advisor seat, not an agency-wide license.

Does the $470 rate last forever?

We intend to protect the Founding 100 renewal rate where possible, but significant changes in Tern's pricing may affect future terms. This is not an unconditional lifetime-price guarantee. There is no automatic renewal; the renewal offer will state the price and terms before you decide.

Can existing Tern users join?

Yes. We will coordinate with Tern using your existing account email. Do not cancel your current subscription or create a duplicate account before receiving instructions. Any billing adjustment or refund is subject to Tern's confirmation and your account terms.

What happens after I pay?

After successful payment through the dedicated Stripe checkout, you are redirected to book your included 15-minute onboarding call. Use the same email for payment and booking. The call helps with access and setup planning; complex migrations may need additional work.

How long is the plan, and is it refundable?

The plan is paid in full for 12 months from signup and is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. It does not renew automatically. Without renewal, access under this paid plan ends after the 12-month term.

Does this replace my host agency or its systems?

No. CATT is a coaching and training community, not a host agency. Your host's rules for bookings, client information and card authorizations still apply. Check those requirements before moving information or changing your processes.

Build the business behind the software

We are excited about this because it connects two things advisors often buy separately: somewhere to learn and somewhere to do the work.

You bring your business, your clients and your judgment. We bring coaching, training and a community to work alongside you. Tern provides the tools you can use to make those processes repeatable.

If the next question is where those clients will come from, explore our guide to lead generation for travel advisors. Your CRM supports the relationship. It does not create it for you.
