Interactive call flow / question bank
The Discovery Call Question Bank: Your Live Call Flow
Open this page before your next discovery call and use it as your live call flow.
This is a discovery call question bank in call order, not topic order. It follows the shape of a real call: rapport, the trip, the people going, taste, budget, logistics, how you’ll work together, and the close. Nothing here is a script to read word for word, it’s a flow to keep the conversation moving in the right direction and stop good calls ending in silence.
The idea is simple: next time you’re about to hop on a discovery call, open this page first. Keep it open on your screen or phone while you talk, and work down through the phases as the call naturally moves there, checking off each question once it’s been asked or once the client has already answered it without prompting. You won’t ask every single question on every call, and that’s fine. Skip what doesn’t apply and come back to a phase if the conversation loops back to it.
Your checkmarks stay on the page for that call. When you’re done, hit reset and the whole bank clears, ready for the next client. Nothing you tick is saved anywhere beyond your own browser, so there’s nothing to manage or clean up between calls.
