Community Guidelines
The plain-language version: be real, be generous, keep hot seats confidential and never pitch other members.
Show up as yourself
Real names, real businesses, real questions. The community works because people are honest about what is and is not working.
Generosity first
Answer what you can, ask what you need. Members who only extract value rarely get much of it.
No pitching, no spam
Other members are colleagues, not leads. Do not pitch services, recruit for teams or DM promotions. Partnership conversations belong with the C.A.T.T. team.
Confidentiality
What is shared in hot seats and member conversations stays in the community. Sharing screenshots or member details outside is grounds for removal.
Respect
Challenge ideas as hard as you like; never attack people. Discrimination or harassment of any kind ends membership immediately.
