C.A.T.T. Coaching Agents Through Travel
The people behind C.A.T.T.

Business growth support from people who have done the work.

Coaching Agents Through Travel is a practical business coaching community for independent travel advisors. We built C.A.T.T. because travel advisors are trained on products and destinations, but are too often left to figure out lead generation, sales, systems and sustainable growth alone.

Built by advisors, for advisors.

Based in Grenada and shaped by decades across travel, hospitality, sales and business development, our work stays practical, honest and close to the day-to-day reality of running an advisor business.

Meet the founders

Two perspectives. One clearer way forward.

Oliver Catt, Co-Founder and Business Coach

Co-Founder and Business Coach

Oliver Catt

Oliver brings more than 20 years of experience across sales, leadership, coaching, contact centers, business development and travel. He led Learning and Development for Unique Vacations, the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts.

His background includes coaching sales teams, building businesses and helping professionals generate opportunities through stronger conversations, lead generation and practical business systems.

C.A.T.T. brings together Oliver's experience in sales, leadership, coaching, business growth and implementation.

“Most advisors do not need more information. They need a clear next step and someone in their corner while they take it.”
Alexandra “Alex” Catt, Co-Founder and Travel Advisor

Co-Founder and Travel Advisor

Alexandra “Alex” Catt

Alex ran the Unique Vacations contact center in Grenada before building a six-figure travel agency from scratch within one year. She brings hands-on experience across sales, service, hospitality and the everyday work of advising real clients.

Her perspective comes from both sides of the industry: supporting travel sales at scale and growing her own independent travel business.

Her contribution to C.A.T.T. is based on what advisors need in the real world, including social content, client conversations, destination information, service delivery, practical guides and the everyday systems behind a successful travel business.

“Everything we share is something I have actually used with real clients. If it does not work in a real travel business, it does not go in.”
Why C.A.T.T. exists

Travel training is only half the business.

The travel industry is good at teaching the product. Advisors can learn a destination, a resort, a cruise line or a booking system from people who know those things deeply. What is less consistently taught is how to make the business visible, turn a conversation into an inquiry, follow up without losing the human relationship, and build a week that does not depend on memory and adrenaline.

Oliver and Alexandra built C.A.T.T. to work in that gap. It is a place to turn advice into a decision, then a decision into a repeatable habit. The work is deliberately close to the desk: the message you need to send, the question you need to ask on a discovery call, the lead source you can actually maintain, or the small process that stops a good inquiry disappearing in your inbox.

What we actually work on

The business side, made practical.

C.A.T.T. brings together business coaching, sales experience, travel advisor experience, hospitality, marketing, client service and practical implementation. Those areas overlap in the real world, so we do not treat them as isolated courses you finish and forget.

Be easier to find

Clarify who you help, what you want to be known for and where the right people already gather. Visibility is not a popularity contest. It is the useful bridge between your experience and a prospective client who has not met you yet.

Handle the next conversation

Work on discovery calls, qualification, proposals, follow-up and the client experience around them. The aim is not a harder sell. It is a clearer process in which the client knows what happens next and you are not improvising every time.

Make good work repeatable

Build a weekly rhythm, a small set of working systems and a way to review what is actually happening. Growth should not require you to become a different person or live inside your inbox. It should make the business more understandable and more sustainable.

What C.A.T.T. is not

Clear about the lane we are in.

C.A.T.T. is not a host agency. We do not recruit advisors, replace the host or consortium you already use, manage your supplier relationships, or promise a booking pipeline because you joined. We work alongside the structure you choose for products, bookings and operational support.

We are also not a destination school or a product-training catalogue. Suppliers and host agencies are the right places to learn their destinations, products and booking rules. Our lane is the business around that knowledge: lead generation, marketing, sales, follow-up, client experience, consistency and systems. No course can guarantee revenue or bookings, and the honest work is to build a process you can use often enough to learn what is working.

Who this is for

Meet the business where it is.

C.A.T.T. is for the independent travel advisor who knows how to care about a trip but wants a stronger business behind that care. A new advisor may need a sensible first rhythm, a clear message and somewhere to put every inquiry. An established advisor may need to stop relying on referrals alone, improve the conversation after a quote, or make the work manageable as bookings increase.

You do not need to arrive with polished branding, a large audience or a perfect plan. You do need to be willing to look honestly at what is happening and take the next useful action. The same advice should not be handed to someone in week two and someone with years of client history, which is why the work starts with your stage, your constraint and the habit most likely to move things forward.

How to work with us

Start with the next decision, not the whole mountain.

If you want the full experience, join C.A.T.T. for the community, live coaching, practical resources and the room to keep implementing after the first idea. If you are not sure what deserves attention first, take the free Travel Advisor Growth Check. If you would rather work alone for now, start with the free resources or the advisor library on this site. And if you want to talk through your actual business with Oliver or Alexandra, you can book a free business audit. It is a conversation about what is most useful next, not a promise that one call solves everything.

What we believe

Advice should become action.

There is no shortage of information for travel advisors. The missing piece is often a clear next step, a useful system and a community that understands the work well enough to help you keep going. That is what C.A.T.T. is here to provide.
