Preparing your next page
The short version: we collect the contact details you enter in our forms. Newsletter registration asks for your first name, last name and email, with phone optional; the Growth Check asks for your first name and email plus the answers you choose. We use this information only to send the resource, result or emails you requested. If you tick the separate marketing box, we also send occasional advice and offers, and you can unsubscribe any time. That information is forwarded to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to send emails and organise leads. If you join as a member, Mighty Networks hosts the community and takes payment directly, so we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI. Vercel provides cookie-free, non-identifying traffic and performance measurement; Google Analytics and advertising tools run only after you consent. Email oliver@cattsuccess.com any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
This site is run by CATT Success LLC, trading as C.A.T.T. (Coaching Agents Through Travel), a coaching and training business for independent travel advisors, based in Grenada. This policy explains what information we collect through cattsuccess.com, why we collect it, and what your options are. If anything here is unclear, email oliver@cattsuccess.com and we will explain in plain terms.
When you sign up for a free resource, you give us your email address. Newsletter registration asks for your first name, last name and email address, with a phone number optional. We also record which form and resource you used so we know what to send you. A hidden field on every form is there to catch automated bots; it is never filled in by a real visitor, and if it is filled in we quietly ignore that submission rather than storing or forwarding it.
If you take the Travel Advisor Growth Check, we also collect your first name, the answer you choose to each question, and the result we calculate from them, meaning your strongest and weakest business areas. We recompute that result on our own server as an accuracy check. Getting your result never requires more than a first name and email address, no account or password needed.
Our server briefly notes the IP address of anyone submitting a form, purely to stop automated spam by limiting how fast the same address can submit in a row. That IP address is held only in server memory for this purpose, is not written to a database, and is not linked back to your name or email. Standard hosting infrastructure may also keep short-lived technical logs of page requests and errors, in the way most websites do.
We use a small amount of storage in your own browser, not tracking cookies, to remember practical things: whether you have agreed to optional analytics, and whether you have already unlocked a gated resource through the Growth Check so you are not asked for your email again for 90 days. Full detail on exactly what is stored and why is on our Cookie Policy at /cookies.
We use what you give us to send the resource, newsletter, or Growth Check result you asked for, to point you to the guide that matches your result, and to reply if you contact us directly. If you have opted in to marketing, we also use your email to send you relevant coaching content and offers. We do not use your information to train AI models.
Marketing emails are opt-in only. On the Growth Check capture step, the marketing checkbox is unticked by default and you have to actively tick it. If you leave it unticked, we still send the result and resource you asked for but nothing further. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly at any time to be removed from our list.
Form submissions, including newsletter sign-ups, resource downloads and Growth Check results, are forwarded to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management system we use to send emails and organise leads. GoHighLevel is a third-party provider with its own security practices and privacy policy, and it only receives what you submit through our forms.
If you join C.A.T.T. as a member, both the community itself and the checkout process are hosted entirely on Mighty Networks, a third-party membership platform. Mighty Networks collects your payment details directly and its own privacy policy governs that information; we never see or store your card number on our own systems.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregate page, referral and website-performance measurements without cookies or personally identifying visitors. Optional tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag only run after you actively consent, never before. If you decline, those optional scripts do not load and nothing about your visit is sent to those providers. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, then choosing again when the consent banner returns.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not store payment card numbers on our own systems. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes; the only outside providers involved are the ones named in this policy, and only to run the service you asked for.
We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our relationship with you, for example while you remain subscribed or a member, plus any extra time we are legally required to keep records for accounting or tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will do so.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. To exercise any of these, email oliver@cattsuccess.com and we will respond directly. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
C.A.T.T. is a business coaching service for independent travel advisors and other working adults. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 18.
We may update this policy as the site or the tools behind it change. We will update this page when we do, and if a change is significant we will make that clear here rather than quietly editing it.
Questions about this policy or your information can go straight to Oliver at oliver@cattsuccess.com. We would rather answer directly than have you guess.
